S. Pine & W. Pecan Street Improvements

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

S. Pine and W. Pecan Street Improvements consisted of widening and reconstruction both streets in order to facilitate the access to a new industrial development. The project converted old narrow country roads into major city streets with the necessary concrete and drainage improvements. New utilities were also installed to facilitate future growth of the City in the area.

  • 93,000 sf of existing AC removal
  • 5,050 CY of roadway excavation
  • 9,900 CY of basin excavation
  • 10,500 tons of aggregate base
  • 7,150 tons of HMA paving
  • 850 CY of concrete
  • 4,135 lf of 12” Water Main
  • 396 lf of sanitary sewer
  • 5,621 lf of storm drain pipe
  • Relocate 1,350 lf of 36” irrigation pipe
  • 4,450 lf of joint trench utilities
  • New street lights
  • Striping & Signage
