Black Rascal Bike Path

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Construction of the Black Rascal Bike Path from McKee Road to Yosemite Avenue. The project consisted of the construction of nearly one mile of 10′ wide concrete trail. Avison was able to work with the City to value engineer the project to allow for machine pouring of the trail which saved the City valuable time and money. The majority of the trail was poured in only two days versus the 30+ days traditional methods would have required.With the saved money, the City was able to install some much needed safety lighting.
