PROJECT DESCRIPTION
S. Pine and W. Pecan Street Improvements consisted of widening and reconstruction both streets in order to facilitate the access to a new industrial development. The project converted old narrow country roads into major city streets with the necessary concrete and drainage improvements. New utilities were also installed to facilitate future growth of the City in the area.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Construct 2,050 feet of 8′ wide ADA compliant asphalt concrete trail along Modoc Ditch Trail
- Widen approximately 1,350 feet of concrete walk to provide a compliant trail
- Install a prefabricated pedestrian bridge over Modoc Ditch Trail to provide access for the local residents
- Install site amenities including benches, trash cans, signage, fencing and bollards
