Downtown Woodlake Enhancements

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Downtown Woodlake Enhancement project was constructed to beautify downtown Woodlake while provided much need ADA upgrades, storm drainage improvements, and landscaping. Avison construction phases 2 and 3 which encompassed a major portion of downtown Woodlake. A large portion of the project was located within Caltrans’ right of way and required significant cooperation among all parties involved.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Demolition of existing facilities
  • 21,400 sf of patterned, colored concrete walks
  • 11,650 sf of brick walks and crosswalks
  • New curb & gutter and other misc. concrete improvements
  • Minor AC Paving
  • New storm drains
  • Landscape and irrigation
  • Benches, trash cans, bike racks, and lighted bollards
  • New street lighting
  • Striping and decorative signage
